Mediterranean Farfalle Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

1. 12 oz farfalle (bowtie) pasta 2. 1/2 cup olive oil 3. 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 4. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

5. 1 teaspoon dried oregano 6. 1-pint cherry tomatoes, halved 7. 1 cucumber, diced 8. 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced 9. 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

10. 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped 11. 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled 12. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped 13. Salt and pepper, to taste
