Ingredients:

1. 4 large ripe tomatoes, sliced into wedge 2. 1 small red onion, thinly sliced 3. 1 cucumber, halved lengthwise and sliced 4. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn 5. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped 

6. 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 7. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 8. Salt and pepper to taste 9. 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional) 10. 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved (optional)
